Financial management guidelines 2023-24

 

Reimbursement Form

All 4-H PAL financial requests or reimbursement requests should be made during the monthly PAL meeting. Individual or group representative must be present to present request. All individuals requesting funds and/or reimbursement should complete form and provide receipt if applicable. Forms are located in the Extension Office.

All funds distributed will come from the current year’s PAL budget.
